GERSON MONTENEGRO has worked at Johnson & Johnson in several leadership positions in Consumer Goods, OTC Products, Nutritionals and Medical Devices for over 30 years. Most recently, he served as the Global Vice President, Office of Strategy and Program Management at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, among other achievements, Gerson led the development of the global value chain strategy and operating model, integrated with commercial strategies, and the deployment and execution of global programs across the business. Chaired an integrated multi-functional organization in charge of strategy execution, prioritization and alignment of portfolio resources. In this capacity he was also instrumental in the acquisition and integration of the Synthes business and the divestiture of OCD and Cordis. He supported a multi-billion dollar business globally in the following portfolio companies: Ethicon, EndoMech, Energy, Biosurgery, Biosense Webster, Cordis, Advanced Sterilization, Mentor, SterilMed, Acclarent, Sedasys, DePuy, Synthes, Vision Care and Diabetes Care. Prior to holding this role, Gerson served, among other senior leadership positions, in the Consumer and OTC segments at Johnson & Johnson, as the Vice President of Supply Chain, Consumer Americas. In this capacity, he led the E2E integrated value chain for the Consumer and OTC businesses for both North America and Latin America, including procurement, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, contract manufacturing, demand and supply planning, customer logistics, distribution, trade customization, order management, portfolio management and new product introduction, with oversight over R&D, QA, regulatory and commercial operations. He was also a key member of the leadership team responsible for the acquisition and integration of the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare business. He supported a multi-billion dollar business in the following brands: Neutrogena, Aveeno, RoC, Clean&Clear, Johnson’s Baby, Lubriderm, Stayfree, Carefree, Ob, Rogaine, Band Aid, Neosporin, Benadryl, Bengay, Mylanta, Visine, Listerine, Rembrandt, Splenda, Benecol, among others. Gerson currently serves as the Founder and Principal of Princeton Global Consulting, a business and supply chain practice designed to provide advanced and integrated solutions, ranging from strategy development through execution. He also serves as a Member of the WVU Supply Chain Advisory Council.

RUSSELL J. BUNIO has had a distinguished career with General Motors, Cummins Engine, and The Boeing Co., rising from an entry level material planner to Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer. During his career, Mr. Bunio has worked in 10 countries and has visibility of numeorus systems, economies, and cultures. He was educated at West Virginia University and the European American Study Center, Basel, Switzerland. Mr. Bunio served on numerous boards of directors and received the National Minority Supplier Development Council Appreciation Award for his personal commitment and dedication to helping minority suppliers with entry and participation with Corporate America. He is the author of the acclaimed book The Graduate. He also serves as a Member of the WVU Supply Chain Advisory Council.
